You have a choice of Tokach Angus Ranch, Strip Loin Aurora Farms, Ribeye or Olson Cattle Company Filet Mignon. All are served with aged cheddar, applewood bacon, mashed potato, Sagres beer battered, Vidalia onion rings, roasted garlic and sauteed broccoli.
